Cancellation Policy

Offering personalized photo editing for individuals across Southern California, this service is designed to capture your unique style and story with clarity and creativity. Based in Santa Clarita, we start every project with a consultation to understand your vision before providing a custom quote. Booking required. All editing sessions are for individuals only and must begin with a scheduled consultation. Scheduling a session does not guarantee business engagement. All bookings are subject to review, and confirmation is sent upon acceptance. During this appointment, we’ll discuss your vision, location preferences, styling needs, and creative direction. A custom quote will be provided after the consultation. No pricing or services will be offered without this step. We are based in Santa Clarita, California, and offer sessions throughout Southern California. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and shoot location. These will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required once the project is confirmed to secure your session date and time. Full payment is due on the date initialized by the service team. Clients who do not complete payment will not receive high-quality deliverables or copyright ownership of their images. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled shoot to receive a refund (minus the 10% deposit). If a cancellation occurs during the service (i.e., after the session has begun), a cancellation fee will apply, and a partial refund may be issued depending on work completed up to that point, but not guaranteed. Final, edited images will only be delivered once the full payment has been received. Clients who fail to complete payment will not receive high-resolution or original files. Turnaround time for final images will be discussed during the consultation. Upon full payment, copyright ownership of all purchased media is transferred to the client. Prior to full payment, all media remains the intellectual property of the photographer. Unless requested otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to feature select images for portfolio use, promotional content, or marketing purposes. Booking does not create any contractual obligation for either party. Policies adhere to California consumer protection laws. Clients can request more information about their rights.
